Good Afternoon! After reviewing the situation, it was determined that income was not explained clearly and the deal had to re-worked with the correct amount. Since the hours where modified so the Social Security would remain at the needed amount, per the customers description, the banks did not trust the stated income amount. Once the Bank does not get clarity on the income the stipulations on the approval where changed. We tried to contact the parents several times with no success. We will continue to follow up to answer any questions.
