They're committing Financial/Financing Fraud I am writing this review for my Mother and Step-Father (Vietnam Vet with PTSD, Prostate Cancer Survivor who is ailing). It's very Providential Not Co I am writing this review for my Mother and Step-Father (Vietnam Vet with PTSD, Prostate Cancer Survivor who is ailing). It's very Providential Not Coincidental that the very first Rating that I read involved some minor Maintenance Issues plus the Financing of the vehicle. They purchased a Nissan Altima S 2014. Unbeknownst to them, their vehicle was just financed on today, October 28, 2015 (per the Finance Company) because the Finance Department at the Dealership sent in paperwork for $20k worth of financing; however, when the Finance Company researched the car's VIN#, it was a different model and $5k less! The Dealership called my Step-Father (whom has some Memory Issues due to Anemia from his Cancer and its treatment) several times for the past 2 weeks asking him "to come back to the dealership which is @60 miles away one-way to sign some more paperwork." My Mother, the Savvy person she is, kept stalling due to the fact that when she called to investigate what paperwork wasn't signed- she said the paperwork was in order and every place that needed a signature or initials had been numbered and squared, no one could answer her questions. So, they haven't returned. Today, October 28, 2015, she found out the truth from the Financing Company's Representative that the car financed is $5k less than what the paperwork given to them stated! They're brakes have also been squeaking since they purchased the vehicle and no recourse! Something needs to be done about this as I'm now positive that this has become Common Practice to this Dealership- and the key players (being that the financing comes from different companies in different states) have committed both Federal and State Crimes.... and I'm just the very one to make sure that they're exposed. Get ready..... I have Channel 2 on speed dial plus others. More

That was around 6:30 then comes 8:30 that the finance department didn't not give them any numbers have to wait until tomorrow and I was going to receive a phone call around 9:30am. Never received a phone I called all day no phone call back. I go up there I was told I wasn't approved and some other xxxxxxxx. I repeat do not waste time going up there or filling out application. They will feed you with a bunch of xxxx. More
Where are my tags? We purchased our car in September of this year. Everything went seemingly well at first. Well, we signed the paper work saying our tags would be applied for and given temporary tags. The tags expire 02 Nov 2014. Today is the 2nd and we still have not received our tags. This may seem like an easy fix...you know go to the office for tax and tags, but we are military and stationed in Kansas. When I called and asked for an explanation, the lady who answered just transferred me without telling me where I was being transferred or who I was going to speak to. RUDE! I had my father in law go up there to see what was going on. He called an hour later and said apparently, they weren't up on their paper work. The guy that did our paperwork did not work there any more. When he left, that paper work sat there. Bad customer service. My father in law was able to get a new temp tag and over night it to us but it will not be here until NOV 3. Needless to say, I will never recommend anyone here. I've never been so irritated. More

For instance the paper work say LE but you driving a SE. You have to talk & speak to 3-4 people during the process. No one person to focus on the deal from start to finish. I have taken my Nissan frontier into the service department multiple times to have service done on it and they have not failed me yet to not have something go "WRONG" with the work. Like today Thursday, May 22, 2014, i went i to have my tire patched due to tire going flat on me the night before. I go into the service department around 12:30 pm and told them about the tire and what needed to be done and that I would like to have the tire put back on the vehicle and the spare tire taken off. As well I told them that I had bought the tires at the dealership last year and the service tech asked me if I had gotten the road hazard on the tires ( with a sign on the wall right next him stating that If you buy tires there that the road hazard comes with the tires) DUH. AN HOUR LATER They come to me and tell me that they had to put the tire into the tank to find the leak and if I had pulled an object out of the tire. I told them that I had not and they said "OK we will have the tire fixed for you." Well 4;00 pm rolls around and I have not heard anything else about my vehicle so I go to find the service tech that I dealt with when I got there AND GUESS WHAT HE IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. SO I had to find another service tech and I had to tell him what was going on and ask where my truck was. He told me that he would find out and went off to find my truck, a few minutes later he pulls my truck around. I walk around to the passenger side of the truck to look at the tire and GUESS WHAT THE SPARE TIRE WAS STILL ON THE TRUCK AND THE ORIGINAL TIRE WAS IN THE BED OF THE TRUCK!!!!!! I then slammed my tail gate and the service tech asked me what was wrong and i told him that they didn't do what was asked . he then said that this would be on them and I said it was already on you because I had bought the tires at the dealership and the road hazard work was covered., He said he was sorry and had a mechanic take my truck to the back AGAIN to do what should have be done over THREE HOURS AGO. A few minutes later the service tech comes to me to ask where the tool to lower the spare tire down was and I looked at him and said where it is suppose to be, behind the seat. Apparently the mechanic didn't even bother looking for it and came to me to ask where it was. Well ten minutes or so later the service tech comes to me and says that my truck is ready. I go and look at the tire and see that my valve stem cap is missing and ask where it was cause I had a cap on all my tires when i came in. The mechanic goes to the back yet again to get a cap and when he comes back he shows it to me and says that he wanted me to see and that he got it and that he was putting it on for me REALLY!!!!. As I was getting into my truck the mechanic says that he needs to be thanked for getting the work done and that he was the one that got it done for me. REALLY THE MECHANIC WANTED ME TO TELL HIM THANK YOU FOR WAITING FOUR HOURS FOR A TIRE TO BE PATCHED AND FOR WORK THAT I ASKED FOR TO BE DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER WAS DONE. REALLY!!!!!. Well i didn't get five miles down the road and my truck starts to shake badly and it was not doing that when I took it in. So I turn around and head BACK TO THE DEALER YET AGAIN!!!!! When I get there the service tech sees me and ask what is wrong. I ask him if he knows whether or not they balanced the tire after they patched it and he asked why and I told him and He says that the shaking is caused from the front end most of the time and I told HIM IT WAS NOT DOING IT WHEN I CAME IN FOR SERVICE. The service tech gets another mechanic and tells him to make sure that the patched tire is balanced and to check the other tires as well. They take my truck to back YET AGAIN. The service tech come to me and ask me how much fuel do I have in the tank and I tell it is at 3/4 full, He said the manager told him to fill up my tank. So when they finally get done with my truck around 6:30 PM (THAT'S RIGHT SIX HOURS AT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR THEM TO PATCH MY TIRE.) And what makes this even worse is that they weren't even real busy. After I leave the dealer i go to have my truck washed and GUESS WHAT? I FIND GREASY HAND PRINTS ON THE BODY OF MY TRUCK ABOVE THE TIRES. I mean REALLY DO YOU NOT HAVE ENOUGH PRIDE IN THE WORK THAT YOU DO TO KEEP THINGS CLEAN OR TO CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF!!!! By this point I had had enough for the day and decided to do this instead of going back to the dealer. That's not the only time that I have found greasy hand prints on my truck that I have had to clean them off and they were not just on the outside either. This is not the only time they have messed things up for me, last year i took my truck in to have the new tires put on, They marred up my rims while putting the new tires on and I had called ahead about the tires and they said they would have them ready when i got there the next day. Well guess what THEY DIDN'T AND I HAD TO WAIT THAT DAY OVER SIX HOURS AS WELL Yes the fixed my rims. After that, I took my truck in to have my battery replaced due it going bad before the warranty ran out and I was there for quit some time then as well. They tried telling me that the batter was good and that they had pulled my truck out of the bay and was having to pull it back into the bay to check the battery and then had to jump my truck off to get it BACK into the bay. THAT IS WHY I TOOK IT IN THERE WAS FOR BATTERY DYING ON ME DUH. Then they mixed up my truck with another customers truck that same day and had began to take my engine apart to fix that customers problem on my truck after they got it back into the bay Ugh.... So Again I was there SEVERAL HOURS for a simple job. They tried telling that I had a bad third break light last year as well and guess what it has been doing fine since then and it lights up every time I push the break pedal. What has happened to places being reliable and you not being afraid to take your vehicle in for repairs because you don't know if they are going to do the work the right way or are they going to keep you there for several hours because they screw things up. So the bottom line is if you want to go and wait a long time to have service done on your vehicle and then have to double check their work then by all means go to this service center. Purchased a 2011 KIA Optima approximately 4 weeks ago after the sale of the car I noticed that the car was on EMPTY I then inquired about it not having gas in it and the sales associate stated that they DO NOT FILL UP USED CARS as this was a common practice at their dealership I said OK and left when I went to tag office I had difficulty obtaining my tag due to dealership not having a current emissions testing on file I went back to the dealership and was told by management that as a courtesy for my inconvenience I would receive a FULL TANK OF GAS and the personnel signed that exact statement on his business card told me to come back whenever I wanted to receive the fill up. I went back to the dealership two weeks later on 3/19/2014 only to be told that I was only going to be able to receive a maximum of 20.00 and that the person that authorized this promise had no business doing such they asked for proof when I provided proof the Assistant Sales Mgr and the Finance Mgr along with approximately 4 other salesmen remained on the OPEN sales floor debating the fill up there were customers on the sales floor and others passing by it was very unprofessional and they still did not honor the fill-up as promised they eventually put 30.00 in the car ... Wow I will never recommend that anyone come here to purchase a vehicle In my opinion a little loss can bring about great profits but not in this case I will bad mouth them to any and everyone and in the future take my business elsewhere... We drove from Marietta and went 4 times to the dealership, very interested in a nice (used) car there. We made an offer, they countered, we agreed. We told them we wanted our mechanic to check it out to seal the deal. They said okay. The day we came to get the car to take to our mechanic, we waited and waited, starting to wonder what was wrong. Salesman came back and told us that a buyer had offered them $1,000 over their asking price. If we still wanted the car, we would have to pay their asking price! What happened to the previously agreed-upon price?!?!? There are some things in life more important than the almighty buck...like integrity and your reputation!!!! This place has no integrity or honesty about them; it's a typical can't-trust car dealership. Things were just "off" there and our gut told us something wasn't right. So, guess what? A few weeks now past that incident, that same car is still for sale on their website!!! Hmmmm, was someone lying to us? Did they decide that we would be getting too-good of a deal?? If I were you and you want a Nissan, there are other Nissan dealerships to go to--do it! Maybe the other ones are honest. Something I noticed about their reviews.... They are good 1-2 years ago and the recent ones are bad. Have they changed managers of something since that time? Is that why this dealership has BAD reviews now? I don't know, but I would never recommend them! Go elsewhere!!! More
