Doug saved the day! I initially was in the market for a 5 series and thought I'd check out the Cadenza. I originally met with a sales rep at Nissan of Union City. After spending hours at the dealership believing I was purchasing and driving home I was told that the deal was a no go all because of miscommunication and lack of follow thru. I was called back the next day and paired with Doug Brown who immediately got down to business making the process fast and easy and was able to secure the deal driving off in my brand new Cadenza! Love it! i went in to purchase a truck, Nissan Frontier. Doug told me that I would have to put down $4000 if I wanted the truck or he wouldn't be able i went in to purchase a truck, Nissan Frontier. I was looking for him to bring out a 2009 Altima or something. But, no! Not only did he show me a 2012 Rouge, he also stated that I only had to put down $2000 AND he made me cry!!!!! Worse service ever I have never witnessed so many unprofessional people before with a company. I requested to meet the sales manager was denied then I requested the acco I have never witnessed so many unprofessional people before with a company. They ran my credit through 12 financial institutions that pulled my credit score down, I informed them that I was fresh from bankruptcy. Needless to say they told me they would call me the next day I never received a call I called them and told them thanks for nothing.
