They do not try to "wheel and deal" you like many stereotypical car dealerships do. They are honest and fair, and they tell it like it is. I had been looking for my "midlife crisis" car (a Z) for awhile, had been to another dealership in the area and had test-driven pre-owned Zs, having then decided that was the way to go. Just as a final thought, I went to the Nissan website and "built" my ideal Z. and saw that the exact car was at Village Nissan. I just had to go take one last look at the car I really wanted. That's when we met Mike. He KNOWS this car. We went for a test drive (more like a test "fly") and he showed me how much fun the car is to drive, explained all the great features and when we got back to the showroom it was a very pleasant, easy, no pressure process to purchase my Z. Mike gave me an "orientation" drive when I picked up the car, just to make sure I knew everything there is to know about driving my Z, and since then has called to make sure everything is going OK. I would strongly advise anyone looking to buy a Z to get to Village and ask for Mike. More

They tried to force me to have my tires rotated even though I went less than 5K miles. They did not reset my tire maintenance light and were pushy. That is why I made the special trip to Nissan Village. I appreciate the level of expertise and the full explanation. As a woman I ussually feel taken advantage of.
