I'm one of those people who put off buying a car, because I hate losing my entire day and get a stomach ache when dealing with car salesmen. But I have to say without a doubt Elliot Miller @ Nissan Village I hate losing my entire day and get a stomach ache when dealing with car salesmen. But I have to say without a doubt Elliot Miller @ Nissan Village made me feel very comfortable. His smile was genuine, and he put me at ease right a way. I told him what I wanted and he gave me just that. The fianical piece was just as great, Stan was very funny and got me the best deal. Nick Rustom the General Manger came over shook my hand and thanked me for my business, even tho it was a long event, it went by quick and painless. I highly recomend anyone to purchase a car with them. THANK YOU!!!! More
I test drove an Altima and wanted to buy. Salesman. He then went to his Mgr and came back with one of those sheets where he was trying to sell me monthly payments. I told him I was only interested in nego then went to his Mgr and came back with one of those sheets where he was trying to sell me monthly payments. I told him I was only interested in negotiating a final price for the car and a trade in. He went back to huddle up with his Mgr. Came back and told me the best they could offer me was $9000 for my trade in which was almost $2000 LESS than the Kelly Blue Book Trade in Value for that vehicle. I "countered" by offering $1000 less than the sticker price for the Altima and $12000 for my trade in (which was $1100 more than Kelly BB for a fair trade in) When I made my offer, I expected that like usual, there would be a dance of a sort, they would counter etc. we would arrive at a compromise somehow. But when the salesman came back from his most recent tete a tete, he told me sorry no deal. I really surprised and caught off guard. I stood up, shook his hand and left, fully expecting to be called back for another round of discussions. But no, I walked out of the empty showroom with my hands also empty. So they don't want my business, fine. I went home. Later, I was called by the saleman who notified me that they still had my drivers license. I asked him then, why didn't they negotiate with me? He said, our numbers were too far off. THEN he went on to explain that according to his Mgr, my Toyota trade in was actually worth $6000 and that they were doing me a favor by offering me $9000. Now mind you, my trade-in is a budget car, but it is a 2008 Toyota Yaris in perfect condition with only 18k miles on it. So either Kelly Blue Book is wrong or they were lying. I'm betting on the latter. More
I wanted to trade my car in and get a newer one. I went in for a test drive and checked out few cars. I agreed to buy one. I left and came back next day with questions. Alex answered all of my questions in for a test drive and checked out few cars. I agreed to buy one. I left and came back next day with questions. Alex answered all of my questions and agreed to pick up my new car the next day. I called the next day saying I wanted to check our another car. I showed up and Alex (salesman) had a sample car ready to go. I was impressed by car and changed my mind at what I wanted to buy. I told Alex I couldn't afford the sample car we drove because it was loaded with all the bells and whistles. . He showed me a cheaper version but it was a basic car. I told him a liked the 1st car I agreed to buy because it had more stuff ie cruise, multi cd, power mirrors, sun glasses holder etc but it was smaller. I liked 2nd car because it was roomier but no added stuff. Alex said "what if I could give you the car you we test drove with all the features for the price of the basic one." I was like really. if you can we have a deal. He left and came back and said Its a deal if we wanted it. all the added features came to $900. I was so excited.. I got the bigger car with all the pluses and the cost of the basic car with no haggling. the only down fall was the pressure to buy the add ons at the signing. Like gap ins, extra warranty, tire ins, paint protection. other than that the dealership was great. friendly people, nice place. Alex was awesome. He was very knowledgeable , friendly and took his time with us. I have bought many a car and this was the very best experience that I have had. As a woman shopping for a car I was afraid they would take advantage of me but Alex was great and I would recommend him to anyone. More
Purchased a new nissan from Village. Had a problem with another dealer and contacted Jason who was glad to help me out. I ended up paying 150 more than the other dealer, but the transaction and the deal wa another dealer and contacted Jason who was glad to help me out. I ended up paying 150 more than the other dealer, but the transaction and the deal was a much better experience and I got the vehicle that I wanted. I told the management at village that I would give them a good review if things went well and I am more than happy to provide a good review for them. If you want to purchase a vehicle, do your homework, and then come see the guys at Village. They were honest and as upfront as I think they could be. More
