Nate Sartain was my rep yesterday for maintenance on my Nissan Rogue. Nick was courteous, friendly, thorough and, above all, competent. I came for an oil change. I drove about 15 miles after leaving and my car gave me a warning that said “engine malfunction “ and my oil light came on. I drove back to the deale I drove about 15 miles after leaving and my car gave me a warning that said “engine malfunction “ and my oil light came on. I drove back to the dealership and when I got there I checked my oil and found NO oil on my oil stick. To fix the problem the owner wanted to give me a $100 credit, put oil in my car and send me on my way. I was and I still am very furious. I will never return! More

The service dept is ALWAYS so friendly, efficient and helpful !! I love to be able to sit outside and read while my car is being serviced....can relax and get some fresh air...The wait times are short fo helpful !!
