Original repair took double the time estimate. Had a failure within a week. The return visit took double the time estimate. When I called to check on it, (because no one ever called me with an update) I failure within a week. The return visit took double the time estimate. When I called to check on it, (because no one ever called me with an update) I got the phone run around. Finally got the car back and there was a rag stuffed in a corner under the hood and the battery bracket was missing. Was so glad to finally have the car back that I didn't even bother to call and complain. Probably would have taken a week to remove the rag and replace the bracket with how things went the first two trips. More
