The service advisor was great, welcoming and showed us where the waiting room and show room were. Technician said that I need new A/C compressor and came up with price of $1800. He said that he will give me $100 discount. This was too much for me and I have decided not to do it and to check local shops up with price of $1800. He said that he will give me $100 discount. This was too much for me and I have decided not to do it and to check local shops. He charged me for diagnostics and he didn’t mention that he will charge me before he inspected the issue. I went to Mavis and let them do free inspection. They said that I don’t need new compressor and that there is a leak. They also said if I really want to waste money and put new compressor that it will cost $900. They also said that Nissan technician should have check for leaks and not just lie and try to have me do expensive repairs. You will never see me again going to your shop because this is not the way to treat customers. I have done lots of repairs in your shop but this was the last one. More
