Service center was helpful and point on. The service center at Athens and at all Nissia locations konws about Nissia problems and lawsuit with the cvt transmission!!! Don't buy a Nissia untill you do yo center at Athens and at all Nissia locations konws about Nissia problems and lawsuit with the cvt transmission!!! Don't buy a Nissia untill you do your homework on this transmission. If you buy a Nissia with that transmission you will be making a car payment on a car with low years and low miles for a new transmission....do your research first before you buy anything from Nissia. BAD CVT transmissions and Nissia is still putting them in there cars More

Took my truck because it was shifting hard. They didn’t have any clue what was wrong because there was no code. I expected at least an idea from them. Next morning I broke down on my way to work and eventu have any clue what was wrong because there was no code. I expected at least an idea from them. Next morning I broke down on my way to work and eventually got it to the dealership. All they did was read a code and tell me what it said and charged me $150 just for that even though I can take it to any auto zone and do that for free or buy my own reader for $20. They wanted to charge about $1100 to replace a few sensors, and $900 of that was for labor. I looked it up and it should have taken them about 1-2 hours at the absolute most to replace. So unless their labor rate is $450 an hour they were trying to screw me over. I even bought my truck from them and I was still treated this poorly. I ended up buying the sensors and replacing them myself at home which only took a few hours including the time it took to learn what I was doing and I am no expert by any means. I never plan on going back here even for an oil change. More

I like this dealership because I feel like they are honest in telling you what your car needs and not doing unnecessary repairs. They are friendly and provide drinks and snacks.
