This was a good visit to Athens Nissan. Things went as they should. The car was serviced in the time I was told and the people were VERY nice. Two things caused me to not give this visit a 5 star rating they should. The car was serviced in the time I was told and the people were VERY nice. Two things caused me to not give this visit a 5 star rating. First, my car was ready and sat within my view for 15 minutes before I went out to see about it. Mr. Bowers (name plate on service desk) acknowledged that it had been ready and apologized for not getting me. I accepted his apology, but I'm mentioning it here as I thought it needed to be noted. Second, there was a $2.52 "Shop Supplies" charge on my ticket. I had a coupon for what I had done and was expecting only tax to be added. I didn't see it until I got home, but it irritated me to see that, even though small, amount tacked on. I'll be back so you didn't lose a customer, just irritated one a little bit. I'm pretty sure there was a Tony Bowers name plate on the service desk, but my ticket shows Jonathan Magnus Respectively, Larry Reinhardt. More
