Quality of service stinks. I had a nail in my tire & it was supposedly “patched from the inside” which I was told was a “permanent fix” from Serge. WRONG. The same tire went flat & I was left stranded was supposedly “patched from the inside” which I was told was a “permanent fix” from Serge. WRONG. The same tire went flat & I was left stranded in an unknown area in NC. I was livid & called Athens Nissan for a refund of the $29.95 & was expecting a call from the service manager. I had to replace the whole tire & a lug was air locked & had to broken off. I now have to have that repaired. The “permanent fix” I wasn’t told has cost me a lot more than a real tire patch. TO DATE, I HAVENT RECEIVED A REFUND OR CALL FROM SERVICE MANAGER. NEVER EVER DEALING WITH NISSAN ATHENS AGAIN AND WILL ENCOURAGE OTHERS NOT TO EITHER. More

Nice people and all that. Sure the service is great but lord have mercy that wait time ..... omg figure something out to make things a bit more efficient?
