I have no issues with the work that was done on my car. My frustration comes from the lack of customer care I received from the customer service rep, Philip. My car needed a considerable amount of work, wh My frustration comes from the lack of customer care I received from the customer service rep, Philip. My car needed a considerable amount of work, which was, of course, stressful to find out. For the first week of my car being in the service center, I received minimal information in response to questions or concerns I had. After some thought and research of my own, I made the decision to get the work done on my car. I paid half of the full amount at this time. A few days later, I was informed by Philip that my car would be ready a day or two before thanksgiving. I informed that I would be out of town during the week of thanksgiving and asked to pick up my car the Sunday I returned, which I was informed would be no problem. My car was ready on that Tuesday, at which point Philip called me four times back to back with no voicemail or message sent regarding the reason for the call. I was able to answer on the fifth call and Philip stated he had been trying to reach me, my car was ready. I reminded I had left town and he stated I would need to pay the remainder so I did so at that time. We then agreed he could leave the key with the sales reception desk for me to pick up on Sunday. On Saturday evening, I checked my phone to find another five missed calls with no voicemail. It was too late to call back by this time. Upon calling Sunday and speaking with the sales rep, I was informed they were very sorry but my key was not left with anyone in their department. This experience as a whole was extremely frustrating due to the lack of communication I received. More
