Long Wait Estimate was 1 1/5 to 2 hour wait. Got there around 9. At 11:30, still waiting. I checked on my vehicle and my paperwork was in a stack of other paper Estimate was 1 1/5 to 2 hour wait. Wondering how much longer it would have been if I had not checked on status myself. I believe Tim was my service rep, but I never had any interaction with him. Another service guy checked me in and out. Invoice said my truck would be washed—it wasn’t. I know you’re busy, but it always seems like the wait time is excessive. More

Service took way too long I had the first appointment of the day for an oil change and a tire rotation. I was ten minutes early, waiting outside the service center doors. As I had the first appointment of the day for an oil change and a tire rotation. I was ten minutes early, waiting outside the service center doors. As soon as the overhead door opened, I pulled my car in. Two hours later, I was still sitting in the waiting room with no communication from any of the service folks. When I finally went out to ask for an update, the attendant reacted surprised, as if he thought I should have been done and out of there by now. When I was finally able to get my car and leave, I came across the plastic on my seat and the paper on the floor. I would think that the last person in my car would have removed these protective items before turning the car back over to the customer. The price (free) was great! I have a feeling my service experience may have been affected by the fact that I was getting the work done at no charge. More
