Beyond Awesome!! Customer service was very pleasant. My car cut off and it wouldn't start back & it is a touch screen/computerized car. I called the dealership & was a Customer service was very pleasant. My car cut off and it wouldn't start back & it is a touch screen/computerized car. I called the dealership & was able to speak with Mr. Booker whom sent someone out to assist me. The young man that came out to assist got permission from Mr. Booker to take my car back to the shop, which he did & by the time I got off at 5:30 my car had a new battery and it was reprogrammed which I truly appreciate. I appreciate the great customer service, the speedy response & resolution to my issue. As always Nissan has been my dealership o choice with some awesome people to help you in your time of need. Thanks Mr. Booker & team! More

They take care of you! I've had great experiences at this dealership service center ever since I first started driving Nissan in 2013. They value your time, and will do everything that they can to make sure that they do their jobs correctly the first time. It's also pretty awesome that they wash your car and Shine the tires as well. I highly recommend Tim and Serge, they're my absolute favorite Associates there and I always know that I'm in good hands when they are in charge my vehicle. More
Bad communication I was never given a time when my car would be ready, in the past it's been ready within an hour or my service representative would let me know why the I was never given a time when my car would be ready, in the past it's been ready within an hour or my service representative would let me know why there was a delay. After 2 hours I went to the service representative and she told me that the car was just now going into wash. 25 minutes later and went back to her and she said I'm sorry for the delay they're bringing your car around. My car was not washed or vacuumed. They had to call three times from the service department to get my car brought back. I had to miss an appointment that was already scheduled. More
Customer service strong, but services expensive My experience was negative as I asked for a price estimate, was told that couldn't be done, then was severely overcharged and told that I was charged My experience was negative as I asked for a price estimate, was told that couldn't be done, then was severely overcharged and told that I was charged was the standard rate for the process done, implying there was a starting price I could have been told in the beginning. The price charged for the service done was unreasonable and when asked they offered no suggestions. I would not return or reccomend bringing your car here. More
