général car service made an appointment for 7:30 am and left around 11:30. waiting room had too many televisions all at loud volumes; everyone was on phones or computers made an appointment for 7:30 am and left around 11:30. waiting room had too many televisions all at loud volumes; everyone was on phones or computers anyway- it drove me nuts. my car was serviced well and the service person helping me, heather, was exceptional. she knew what she was talking about, came in to update me, and really went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered. my brakes were repaired (i thought I was going to need new ones), so it was a rare surprise. glad I only have to do this from time to time but grateful that skilled leaf technicians were there to work on my car. Surprise! I purchased a used 2017 Nissan Pathfinder in March of 2018 and to my surprise, the transmission slipped out of drive one day as i was attempting to pu I purchased a used 2017 Nissan Pathfinder in March of 2018 and to my surprise, the transmission slipped out of drive one day as i was attempting to pull out of a driveway. I scheduled a service appt for the next morning at 8 am. They got my vehicle back right away and 2 hours later (they made sure they checked everything and drove it a couple of times) I was being authorized for a replacement transmission. I was so upset. I just knew this was going to be a long process. Once they got authorization, they had me in a loaner car in less than 30 minutes and my transmission was replaced and my car was ready to pick up in 3 days. In exactly the time frame I was given. Heather was beyond awesome at keeping in touch with me to let me know the progress. I’ve had no further issues so far and I’m confident in the work that was performed. I’ve always used them for my oil changes and i know I can go to them with any question or concern and they will happily help me out. It’s like going to visit a group of friends everytime I have to go. I’d recommend them to anyone! More
