Their practices regarding the Nissan Rewards Program are not consistent with the Nissan guidelines. I have been repeatedly not given point during visits. I didn’t have an appointment so I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change and tire rotation. I left to go get some breakfast thinking it was going to be a while without an appointment. But about 35 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. I left to go get some breakfast thinking it was going to be a while without an appointment. But about 35 minutes later they were calling me saying it was ready. It was super fast and very convenient as I had quite a few errands to run! When I picked up my car the technician told me what service was due but did not pressure me to get it done just suggested I get it done soon as it was due because of the mileage. Great service!! More
