Yes, my service experience was great and I did not have to wait long. My vehicle's work was completed early than expected. I do believe that having more charging stations that are easily accessible would to wait long. My vehicle's work was completed early than expected. This area is crowded with non charging vehicles making access for electric vehicles near impossible. More

Hard to find service entrance with lots of construction and little signage. Stood outside the door with service people looking at me several times. After a while a guy yelled out the glass to pull up clo and little signage. Stood outside the door with service people looking at me several times.
