The service manager Serge was very helpful in getting my extended warranty processed. I was a little shocked that I had to wait all day for them to let me know of status and that my car would need to stay extended warranty processed. I was in the waiting area for 5 hours until they let me know anything. I would have left a lot sooner. The other issue I had was usually with an oil change they fill up fluids but they left my wiper fluid empty. Maybe they don't do that with their oil changes? More
