I called up Nissan of Athens service department because my son just moved down to that area and we needed a car to be serviced it was running rough. Spoke with Jonathan the service manager about our proble my son just moved down to that area and we needed a car to be serviced it was running rough. Spoke with Jonathan the service manager about our problem he said bring it in we'll get it estimated let you know what we find out. I told Jonathan treat me fair my son is gonna be down there for the next 6 years and they would get all the work that needs to be done on his car. So we proceed to drop the car off he did call me back with an estimate for about $1100. I told them to go ahead with the repairs which they did the vehicle came out running fine, after that I questioned the amount. So I did a few calls around the Atlanta area to Nissan dealerships and found out I was charged double the normal labor rate so much for good old southern hospitality. Needless to say we will never do business with Nissan of Athens again! More
I scheduled my appointment online and then confirmed in the morning the service assistant was very thorough and asked me to get there at least a 1/2 hour earlier. I arrived early the service assistant checked me right in and after 20 minutes came back out to me and informed me of the issue with the car and told me it wouldn’t be long before it’s done. 25 minutes later I was out the door and my car was repaired, thanks y’all for the great service and welcoming experience at the service department. I can’t remember ever taking my vehicle to get service or repaired and all was done in 45 minutes, GREAT JOB Nissan Of Athens Service Center. Keep up the good work! More

As requested, was not given approximate price before job will be performed, and was given and was not. I am on SS ad not working. He said he will, but signed te receipt so told NATAN SARTAIN as soon as got will be performed, and was given and was not. I am on SS ad not working. He said he will, but signed te receipt so told NATAN SARTAIN as soon as got to his desk I needed the car before 11 because I had a doctor appointment. Will show doctor’ paper work if requested. I just had a stroke and needed the car to see the neurologist doctor by 12. That is way I needed the car by 11 or I’ll take it without it be finished, or I’ll walk, steal a car or take Uber. Please give me the price (even if approximate) before starting the job. He did bring me the car before the time promised, but not given the price before as requested. The car key was going to be an extra and really not important. Also the passenger door handle was loose from inside. It was was not important as I use the driver side handle. The price I believed was too high and told him so in no uncertain manner, but I needed the car badly before 11 if he could, also told him I live an hour away, I come to Atlanta often so I could bring the car another time.
