They are nice and friendly and have been decent in the past. However I was having issues with my tailgate not locking on my 2022 Frontier. I in fact talked to them today. They charged me a diagnostic past. However I was having issues with my tailgate not locking on my 2022 Frontier. I in fact talked to them today. They charged me a diagnostic and opened it and said the Bedliner that an official Line-X store used was making the tailgate unlock intermittently. After taking it to the Line-X store this morning he opened it and showed me that the lock cylinder was fine and that the spray didn't cause it. After getting Nissan's mechanic on the phone they basically said that Nissan just wouldn't deal with it because a Line-X store spraying the bed, despite the spray not being the problem. They essentially just passed the blame on someone else to not honor the warranty. This is extremely disappointing especially since I am on the hook for a diagnostic fee for an issue thay hasn't been resolved. They also want to charge $600 for the work on top of that for a simple cylinder replacement. To note this vehicle is a 2022 Frontier and has just 2500 miles. It's in immaculate condition and is washed weekly and recently waxed with special floor and seat covers. The only appeal of this dealer is convenience for my warranty. They are also still heavily marking up vehicles in price. They marked up a Nissan Titan almost $10,000. I would recommend somewhere else if you aren't going for warranty work, (and that's if they choose to honor it). More

Completely different from most dealership service departments where you at treated great during the purchase of a new vehicle, but then the service department continually disappoints or finds excess charges to lump on.
