Personnel were very friendly. Periodically, one of the personnel would ask if anyone wanted her to check on the status of their vehicle. Waiting ware was clean and had ample refreshments. Thought the price was reasonable

Alicia Bragg is awesome! She greeted me immediately and remembered me from past visits. That makes the experience better. Once she checked my car she came back and explained the service that was due. She did not pressure me at all to get all the recommended services. Alicia came back to explain the delay in getting to my car-NOT her fault-waiting on equipment. Once everything was done she was prompt in helping me check out. Sooo glad Alicia is there. I look for her every time. Kathy Chalker
