1st they tell me over the phone no appointments on an oil change. Ask me when I show up at 8:00 am if I have an appointment. 3 1/2 hours later I ask where is my truck? Oh, let us look. I had my.Rogue towed 2 weeks ago amd when I cleaned the inside of my car I noticed corrosion on the radio bezel. I am.the only driver and it is not visible from the driver side. When I wiped down with my m inside of my car I noticed corrosion on the radio bezel. I am.the only driver and it is not visible from the driver side. When I wiped down with my microfiber cloth the corroded pieces came.of and now it shows. I was contacting a detail service and a technician from autozone amd they both agreed with me that it was a swipe from a solvent contamination. I am not.someone.to make.things up. Nobody entered my car and I watched.the.tow.truck.driver. he never entered my car. They denied this. I know that someone.messed.with the dials. This is the second.time were they take.no responsibility. I lobe my car and.baby it. But I won't buy another Nissan. I am ready for a.new vehicle and this experience definetly helped make my choice. I will be happy with a Toyota or a Honda. Less searching for me More
