Wait times were horrible Was estimated 1 to 2 hours wait time for a recall service, when I arrived and checked in for my appointment, I was then told it would take 3-4 hours, Was estimated 1 to 2 hours wait time for a recall service, when I arrived and checked in for my appointment, I was then told it would take 3-4 hours, and when they finally finished I had been waiting for almost 6 hours. What was the point of having an appointment if it took hours to get to my vehicle? More
