Great customer service We purchased a 2017 Chevy Equinox late on a Saturday afternoon with intended pick up of the vehicle the following Monday. Over the weekend we realize We purchased a 2017 Chevy Equinox late on a Saturday afternoon with intended pick up of the vehicle the following Monday. Over the weekend we realized that the 2017 Chevy Equinox did not have an important feature that we really needed in a new vehicle and decided that we needed to change the vehicle to a 2018 Chevy Equinox. We really were concerned that we would have a huge problem changing things and worried the rest of the weekend. We went to Langway first thing that Monday morning and let them know of our problem. The team of Dominic, Keith and Colin were very accommodating and immediately went to changing the paperwork. Within an hour we were the proud owners of a beautiful red 2018 Chevy Equinox. Thank you to the team. Dominic spent time teaching us about the features of the new car and gave us a tour of the shop so that if we were to come for service were we needed to go. More
