Best Experience Ever! I brought my vehicle in for service one day, I am an elderly man with a disability and can not walk very well. I pulled in and walked to the waiting area, shortly thereafter I was approached by a very nice office member and was told that the next time I come in for service I could pull right up to the front sales door and the staff would be more than happy to pull my vehicle into the service bay for me so I would not have to walk as far, shortly thereafter the sales manager joined the lady and confirmed this and said next time I came in they all would make sure I was taken care of. Including bringing the vehicle back up to the same spot for me to easily leave. I have never been treated so nice. What a caring and kind staff. They make you feel important. More

Awful service Do NOT, I repeat NOT buy a car from Langway Nissan in Bennington. And more importantly do NOT EVER bring your car for service. They are incompetent. I Do NOT, I repeat NOT buy a car from Langway Nissan in Bennington. And more importantly do NOT EVER bring your car for service. They are incompetent. I had to pull out the owners manual to show them that the warning light on the dash for a malfunction and they said nothing was wrong with it. This is after they had it for 2 days! Drove away without the repair being done. Told they only do warranty repairs if the know that Nissan will pay them. I now have to try a repair with another dealer. A simple request to fill the washer fluid wasn't even done and I had to add a bottle and a half to the fluid container when we got home with our still un-repaired car. When we bought the car in summer of 2015, the salesman was rushed at delivery and in a hurry to leave since his son was there. That also happened on another visit before getting the car. The delivery was also not clean right away and required someone to come out again to do the windows. When trying to set up another iphone for the handsfree bluetooth, there was a problem and we just wanted to leave after being there for hours, so we set it up later ourselves. However, the salesman also told us that we would be getting a survey and that we needed to give all 10s. I didn't fill it out because it certainly would not have been all 10s. After my horrendous "Non-service" appointment today, I wish that I had. The Service department gets No stars, but not an option to be able to post the review. More
