Nissan of Boone

After many years having maintenance done at Nissan of Boone on my Nissan Armada, the recent faulty work has cost me thousands to have the work done again at another Nissan dealer. Under the new owners Boone on my Nissan Armada, the recent faulty work has cost me thousands to have the work done again at another Nissan dealer. Under the new ownership and management, the better mechanics quit and went to work elsewhere. New brake calipers (Installed at Nissan of Lake Norman) were damaged after Nissan of Boone incorrectly installed my new rotors and brake pads that required replacement due to wear on the mountain. The brake calipers should last ten years or longer. My calipers lasted 14 months. Nissan of St. Augustine stated that Nissan of Boone completed faulty work when they changed the rotors and brake pads. Nissan of Boone didn’t standby their work. This is an endless occurrence of serious maintenance problems I had with Nissan of Boone. I will never return to Nissan of Boone More
