After I drove one hour to the dealership, I was told I would have to pay an additional $2,590 for a “non-negotiable appearance package” that was not disclosed in the ad. I declined to pay for an add-on I did not want and left. Buyers should confirm in writing whether the advertised price includes all mandatory dealer charges before making the trip. More
The starter on my Nissan went bad and I had no choice but to have it towed to Nissan of Bowie. They tried to get me to do all kinds of unnecessary work on it besides the starter, but I said no. Then when I picked up my car, they had broken the door handle on it! They "reviewed their footage" and determined that they didn't break it. REALLY? They broke it and now won't fix what they broke. Shame on the Service Department there. Wish I could give -5 star review. More

I came in to see a truck after completing the “build my truck” online. Told that vehicle was sold already. Shown another truck - one I very much wanted - on paper with VIN options and pricing. When I showed up later that day to put money down, another sheet of paper w another truck, VIN, price and options was slide across the table with “I wanna trade this paper with that one” and “same truck, different location” explanation. Now looking at the third truck in one day. When I was called to pick it up the next week I was told “we can put the bedliner in another time. The truck is ready for you.” When I finally came in to get the truck there was NO effort to ensure the options on the truck were even present (cord accessories were missing) and had to ask if the tailgate lock was even installed. As if once we showed up to give you money, any illusion of customer service was put away. “Give me five stars and put any comment you want” I could go on with more details but hopefully service will be different from sales. More
