After I called 14 days later and talked to a sales manager, I was informed that the part would not be in until the end of February and even as late as the end of March. So, A. They should have called me and advised me of the late arrival/backorder/whatever, instead of my calling them. B. The part was $450+ dollars, so it's not an inconsiderable sum. C. I'm not sure whether the salesman was acting on bad information given to them in the first place or what. More
