When I purchase my car in 2018 the services was great now not so Good I have been trying to get this issue resolve for the last 7-8 months all I been hearing we going to call you back. I received a refund check from Nissan of Bowie for an over payment of my TAG and Title fees, The check was Dated for the 13th of January 2022 and sent to me on the 5th of May 2022. The Check is past th over payment of my TAG and Title fees, The check was Dated for the 13th of January 2022 and sent to me on the 5th of May 2022. The Check is past the 90 day expiration date and not valid. I call the dealership several times and spoke to different people none of whom would or could help, I asked to speak to a manager and would either get disconnected or routed to some random person who would then disconnect me. don't trust this dealership for post sales support.
