He went beyond the call of duty to ensure my experience was excellent. He even arranged for the shuttle to take me to the local gym since my service took longer than expected. Well appointed waiting area made the wait tolerable. One shortcoming was the lack of dealership speed (1 hr 30 min) that Vavoline Express Service provides. More
