Horrible customer service from Hunter who apparently is the used car manger? I asked to simply see the invoice price the dealership paid for on a 2021 Rogue platinum as well as any rebates and was instantl the used car manger? I asked to simply see the invoice price the dealership paid for on a 2021 Rogue platinum as well as any rebates and was instantly hit with rude remarks like “ We are not selling any cars at invoice” no one was asking that I just simply wanted to see it which is my right to do so. I will no longer be trading in my 2020 Nissan Altima SR to them. My business will go elsewhere. More

Horrible service department. I heard a knock coming from my engine; took my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder to Nissan of Bowie, and they could not diagnose the the problem. This happen o I heard a knock coming from my engine; took my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder to Nissan of Bowie, and they could not diagnose the the problem. This happen over a period of several months. I finally Googled the noise I was hearing and timing chain came up as a hit. I told them to check the timing chain, and they said that was not the problem. I took the vehicle to Bayside Nissan, and the problem was in the fact timing chain. By that time, the manufacture's warranty had expired. Nissan of Bowie of Nissan promised to pay for the cost of repair initially, but then they reneged on their promise. The over $5000 cost may have had something to do with it. The absolute worst service department I ever dealt with. More
