Great experience Got a great deal and Kai was wonderful. He cares about his customers. Met the GM Gary who was so friendly. After telling her 5 times that I didnt want it, she still gave me a quote with the warranty. Then she kept asking questions to figure out why I didnt want it. I had to tell her 3 more times that I did not want it and by that point, my patience was shot. It is clear that she makes a commission off the warranty, but I was ready to leave without the car. I also Was quoted twice the amount what the Rockville Nissan dealership quoted me for a new fender liner. I was Quoted $175 at Rockville and then quoted close to $300 at Bowie. Ridiculous. Tom also sold me my car and you would figure the commission he made off my sale would lead him to at least speak to me when I’m in the dealership, no, he stares in my face and ignores me. No wonder this dealership has a high turnover. The men here are so rude and unprofessional. The only ones who deserve recognition are Lee and Rome. More

I made an appointment told them my issues, they charged over $800 to fix one of the issues and completely ignored the other issue. When I called back to ask about the second issue (literally within 3 minutes of pulling off) I was told I would have to pay an additional $139 for another diagnostic; they only wanted to resolve the issue when I told them I was filing a complaint with Nissan Consumer Affairs...Nissan of Bowie is Horrible and I wouldn't recommend them for anything!!! If I could give them a negative star rating I would. More
