My Service Advisor Rome Williams was amazingly professional and did not haunt me for additional sales except for those I asked for. He listened intensively to my questions and needs and offered me means of service at a very reasonable cost! He throughout the process kept me updated on my vehicle and those caring “little things” like providing bottles of water were well received and appreciated. This was the first time I ever was given the opportunity to speak to my mechanic who told me personally what he found and even redid my blue ray system but took the time to also explain this to me! I apologize I did not get his last name but his first I believe was Owen! Both of these gentlemen are a credit to Nissan of Bowie and the main reason myself and family will be longtermed satisfied customers!!!
