Eric Scott is good at what he does and his customer service skillls are beyond excellent. Eric Scott is a great asset to the Service Team at Nissan of Bowie. It’s a great feeling to know that when you walk in for service that your tech knows your name and and has the capacity to Make you feel as if your concerns are valid and will be addressed. Nissan of Bowie, this is my fifth Nissan and the first that I’ve purchased from your store. I’m totally impressed with my service and my service technician Eric Scott.
