Diagnostic charges are an industry norm that cover the cost of your vehicle in the shop and the technicians time and expertise to determine the cause of your concern. We may not have done a good job at explaining that if you do proceed with the services recommended to correct your repair then we will waive the diagnostic charge. This would leave you solely responsible for the cost of the repair itself. We apologize that the time was not taken to review your multipoint inspection.
