Nissan of Bradenton

Scott Staats my sales rep was very good! But Nissan as a whole drop ball big time, I paid more then $500 dollars for a car check and fix only to find out that the car I bought doesn’t have a scissor jack an whole drop ball big time, I paid more then $500 dollars for a car check and fix only to find out that the car I bought doesn’t have a scissor jack and wrench, I only found out a day later when checking the trunk to find that everything down there was loose and stuff was missing! Everyone I dealt with at Nissan knew I came from nearly 90 miles away to see that car and I traveled back home at night driving the car not knowing safety items were missing, I could’ve have flat on my way home and it would be very difficult to be in that situation with 2 kids and wife on the road at night! I emailed Scot Staats this morning about it and I’m not sure has seen that yet, but is unacceptable to buy a car even if used that has been checked and certified to be sold like that! I’m sorry to say this but I will never recommend Nissan of Bradenton to any one and I will tell you more, I am consulting with a lawyer to see if any thing could be done about it and for sure I will also take it to social media my awful experience! More

Im confused I was in the service dept 10 days ago for oil change and wipers they do that diagnosis and it showed i needed a new battery and rear brake pads..i wa I was in the service dept 10 days ago for oil change and wipers they do that diagnosis and it showed i needed a new battery and rear brake pads..i was given an estimate but of coarse it wasn't written.i went in to have it done yesterday and got a different service guy and complete different option..and pricing...it was high..and he said my brake pads were good for another 5000 miles where the first guy said they needed immediate attention..what gives..im a senior citizen who leased this car and bought it last spring..i had a small tax refund back so i opted for the battery only...and that was more than the first guy stated...this is not good customer service pulling number out of the air...im very disappointed and confused More
