My Nissan Leaf was in service for 2 1/2 months. The customer service was great. I was updated every step of the way, but they still don't know what was wrong with the car. They ended up replacing most customer service was great. I was updated every step of the way, but they still don't know what was wrong with the car. They ended up replacing most of the internal parts and main battery. I am a bit anxious it will happen again since I don't know the actual cause of the problem. I also feel that since it was such a long time I didn't have my car, I should be offered something for the inconvenience. More
