Oh you have got to be kidding me. I have wasted so much time calling your dealership. Driving to the dealership to complain. Working with a salesperson to delete my name. Trips to the DMV. Phone calls both locally and Tallahassee. Now you order me to call you? Why? I will waste more time and you will still do nothing. My only option is to complain publicly. To establish the negligence of Nissan of Bradenton.

The reason you are not seeing your original review yet it that DealerRater does not post automatically. There is a 2 week delay. I understand that this is frustrating and would genuinely like to assist you with this. Based on the email address you have provided I have been able to locate an account. The mistake originally happened under the previous owners of this company, the Firkins Automotive Group, and the information followed over to our ownership. I have spoken with our Sales department and the information was corrected in that system based on your previous contact, however the Service department has a separate system that still had your email address linked. I have corrected this and made notes accordingly in the system. In the next 2 weeks you will receive emails from Corporate Nissan that unfortunately have already been triggered. I have no way of stopping these at this time. I can assure you that after this you will not receive any more contact from our dealership. Service team is always great! they did my oil change, replaced my battery, and rotated my tires all in about 2 hours! they also took the time to explain what was wrong and did price estimates for me! More
