Oil change The customer service I received was excellent! Dustin was extremely professional. I had the the top of the line oil change. I was surprised that it came with a hand wash and vacuum. However, the hand was was not excellent. I had streaks on my windshield and there were still bugs front of my car. However, it was the last car of the day. They were rushing to finish. My largest disappointment was on my tire rotation. I was missing the valve stem cap. Overall, the car ran SOOOO much better More

The service tech inspected the car regarding the recall notice and after determining that my car was not impacted, he did a comprehensive, multi-point inspection of the entire vehicle.
