Great Customer Service Even though I mainly was working with Carmen all the other staff showed acknowledgment when passing by, even if it was just a friendly hello, it was a Even though I mainly was working with Carmen all the other staff showed acknowledgment when passing by, even if it was just a friendly hello, it was appreciat. The service time was reasonable as expected and it was nice to have a table around the waiting area. Snack is a great idea and felt like the snack area was main time and kept clean. And observing the staff with other customers I noticed at least in the service side the staff didn't seem to put pressure on the customers and gave them time to decide what service they would like and no matter the answer the customer gave they didn't add more pressure. All and all my first experience at Nissan of Bradenton was great and I am a true believer of first expression and they all did a good job, I was satisfied with my experience. My issue was a recall issue so at this time I can't rate pricing.Thanks More

Nissan of Bradenton We were visiting from Orlando, when we pulled off I-275 the transmission when out. My wife and I limped the Versa to the dealership on a wing and a pr We were visiting from Orlando, when we pulled off I-275 the transmission when out. My wife and I limped the Versa to the dealership on a wing and a prayer. We met Dustin and described the event he got the car into service and in about an hour we had a diagnosis, BAD Transmission. They put us in a loner car so we could continue on with our vacation. This was Weds. they had a new trans overnighted and started working on the car. Dustin kept me in the loop and by Friday ( 2 days later) he call a stated the car was ready...…. We had a great time on the island and never missed a thing we had planned. On Friday we picked up the Versa and headed home. Thank you Dustin and team you really were the hero's in our eyes. Dennis Landefeld More
