I lease a car with cameras which work fine, mechanism of car fine but from day One my gps system tells me I live in a dirt road, my whole association has no tarmac. Well I have lived here since 2002 and it has always been asphalted. Now my gps is even telling me that coming out of a shopping mall which is just a few blocks away from the Nissan dearlership , and right on US41 in Bradenton is not asphalted. My point , this car has been in for this issue a few times even overnight, and comes back with the same problem. My previous car was a Nissan Murano leased 4 years ago and I had none of these issues. I am 71 years old just recently widowed , and the only reason I have a car with bells and witles is so I do not have to look at my cell phone and google map as I am driving. I understand that at the occasion I leased this car there was a change in ownership and service at my few previous visits showed a big difference from the previous owner, but I have to admit that they have fixed that. I was very well treated this last visit but the problem persists. I was informed that the car was fine, no noise was detected and the latest electronic downloads were done. Well all I can say is Nissan is downloading gps that are faulty, with even exclusion of street option . More
Great Service but The issues were clearly explained and fixed. I asked how long the service would take just so I would be able to call a friend and let them know when The issues were clearly explained and fixed. I asked how long the service would take just so I would be able to call a friend and let them know when I would be on my way to pick them up. The only down side to the experience is that my car was not washed and shiny as I drove away. The service rep. said it wasn't washed because I was in a hurry to leave. When I said I wasn't in a hurry...I was told that at this point I would have to wait another half hour if I wanted the car washed. As I stood with my keys in hand and having paid the bill...I was perplexed and disappointed. More
