I was told that I needed several items changed on the vehicle. It has about 36,000 miles on the vehicle. I checked on the nissan required services and figured a lot was not required at this low milage. The main reason for my wasted time and milage to return to the shop was to point out that I had been advised to have a powered steering flush and battery terminals cleaned. On arrival at my home I decided to check these two easy items to look at. As I had replaced the battery less then 5 months ago I knew the battery was good. My main complaint was when checking the powered steering fluid there was none visible. If as they said they checked the powered steering at the least I should have been informed that I needed to add some. Normally I would have expected the service person to have topped it up. I spoke and showed it to Carmen on my return to the dealership. He did his best to cover for what shall we call it an oversight and offered to put fluid in for me. I declined as he had required fluid at home and I wanted to see how low it actually was. Four (4) ozs later it was to the required level on the dip stick. Carmen was very helpful and said to get with him on my next service. Again thanks for your promt reply.

Great fast service and Dustin Stevens was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous, but missed the popcorn but enjoyed the food truck concessions I'm the parking lot. More
