Per usual, all went well. An overhead light drained the battery so it was dead. Jumped started it at home, drove it to Nissan, and as long as it was there, it had an old change, the multi point inspection battery so it was dead. A rat got under our hood and ate some wiring in our newer Nissan NV. Obviously, something like that is not covered under the standard warranty, but Sean worked with us to make a pleasant, cost-effective experience, which is rare especially for dealers. Great experience, stellar customer service, and top-notch work by Nissan-trained technicians (which is what you pay for). Carmen is also great to work with! Very pleased. More
