False advertising is what led me there, and it wasn't disclosed to me until after I had signed the papers for the car. Then there was an issue with them allowing me to pay in the way I had originally sai disclosed to me until after I had signed the papers for the car. Then there was an issue with them allowing me to pay in the way I had originally said I was going to which led to the inconvenience of needing to return on another day to complete the payment. I would not go there again. More

Our seller lady, Antonella Ulloa, was patient, honest n knowledgeable on the vehicle, Kicks SV, we purchased, so as their team. The only complaint thing was our financial advisor, Jorge Scott, who was knowledgeable on the vehicle, Kicks SV, we purchased, so as their team. The only complaint thing was our financial advisor, Jorge Scott, who was impatient and tried to sell me on 7.79% APR at the first glance. Not after I told him I would my approved Chase auto loan on 5.14% APR, he changed and said he also had the Chase finance too. So, what was the reason he did not show me the Chase loan at the beginning? The reason I got was "he was working for another bank". What kind of excuse was it? Later after, he tried to kick us out impatiently after we signed all the documentation, not even worth to wait for a few more seconds to let us have a nice family photo in front of our new vehicle with the ribbon due to he wanted to lock the door and left for the day. Was it because I didn't use the higher 7.79% APR instead being a prepared customer with his own auto loan? Antonella was nice. She was with us till the end even she was 2 hours late for an appointment. We were highly unsatisfied on Jorge Scott. Was his attitude represented to the finance department in Clearwater of Nissan? Tried to give customer higher APR rate, and becamce impatient once there was nothing anymore to gain from customers? We did not even get the "Welcome Nissian Family" package behind his desk. Be aware in getting a nice deal of OTD, but being charged high APR from the finance department. More
