Disappointed Internet Sales person Tonya, excellent. Sales day went well even though short staffed on the finance side. Manager and sales person good on the day we bought. Disappointment came after the sale. Was promised a call from the salesperson within a week regarding missing items on the SUV. Never called. 3 weeks later called the dealership 3 days in a row asking for either the salesperson, GM or a manager to call. Never received a call or connection to them. In fact still waiting on a call. Not what I would expect from a Nissan dealership. My family all buy Nissans. I'm on my 4th Murano. Bought at several different dealerships in the Tampa Bay Area. Never had this type of treatment. Salesperson nice and friendly just no follow through. Maybe more training needed. Regardless, no one has called! Live in North Tampa thus wanting to speak to a person before heading out there. This dealership will not be my first choice next Nissan I buy. It's really too bad because my initial perception is this was a professional, well-run dealership. Not what I would except from a Fuccillo family run company. The SUV itself is great! Quality Nissan product as always. 5 stars. More

Facility and people here are wonderful I sold cars 9 years ago. I had to wear long pants and a tie in the Florida heat. Ugh! These sales people were in shorts and polo shirts and they looked and acted much more relaxed. We came in wanting a Rogue for my wife and Brian was able to make it happen with a used 2020. We sat in air conditioned comfort at a table in a huge showroom, not a little cubicle or office. I liked that. We weren't out in the heat except to look at the Rogue and then drive it. It's very smooth, rides great and we love it! A couple days later my wife realized that we bought a car from that crazy guy on TV who gives away stuff with a new car purchase! It's HUGE! More

Mr. john suggest to be better call and we agree make phone call when i finish my duty. i going straight to my disappointment: is i notified Ms. Maria about i lost my cell and she told me John will be contact me, i wait for couples days and no call, to me when no call we decide to keep my vehicle and i notified Ms. Maria for e mail. if you make a agreement to call, do it. not let people waiting for your call, to me was not good and sadness. thanks for your time my best More
