I was in a bad situation at the moment needed a car. I don’t have good credit talked to salesman through email told Me he would be able to get me into a car I went there with my family expecting to have don’t have good credit talked to salesman through email told Me he would be able to get me into a car I went there with my family expecting to have a few choices but no only had 1 car to choose from as they said it was the banks choice to there’s (this is what salesman told me) there was actually another car they said I could pick from but apparently they could not find it??!! Long story short I had no choice but to choose a 2013 Volkswagen Passat with over 100,000 miles for 13800 over 6000 over Kelly blue book.. when I drove car home Found a severe shake when I hit 60 mph call dealership said to bring it back turns Our tires did not wear correctly which caused the bouncing had to change tires and I had to pay half which was $310 besides all that talk to the bank a few days later and ask them why that was the only car I got to pick from and they said they have nothing to do with picking of the car that is the dealership they just approve the money so why did Fucillo put me in a car way over priced and not recommend something that was less money and with less miles which they have a ton of inventory for because I get alerts online still trying to figure this one out but haven’t been able to talk to anybody I just really hope they aren’t about taking advantage of people in bad situations because according to the commercials they want to help out everybody so basically now I’m stuck with a car that I overpaid for which I had to get professionally cleaned because there was a smoker before and the smell was terrible and now I also need new brakes Now I understand if you have bad credit you are going to get a higher interest rate and higher payments but go somewhere where you’re going to get value for your money not just be thrown into a car that they probably had sitting around More

The bottom line is I put $7000 down and only got credit for $4888. Pete told me when I asked him about the first $5000 down on the kicks that it would transfer over to the rogue that I exchanged it for. I for $4888. Absolutely horrible experience. We were sold a vehicle that had extensive paint damage and it was never communicated to us prior to delivery. We specifically asked if there was any paint damage and was told that it was “Nissan certified “. Due to the COVID-19 situation we feel that we were absolutely taken advantage of since we didn’t go down to the dealership to view the car. Took 10 days worth of phone calls to speak to a manager, with absolutely no resolve. The dealership refused to fix it. We are now stuck with a vehicle that needs a paint job. Will never buy from this dealership again. Buyer beware! More
Best car buying experience I ever had I went online to purchase a car. Received call from a sales person. We spoke about the car I wanted.
