We found our dream car at Fuccillo Nissan. We came from out of town and our experience was wonderful. TJ FaceTimed us as we were from out of state. TJ gave us a video walkthrough. I believe I'm entitled to a minimum level of customer service, despite COVID-19. I purchased at a time when I perhaps should have stayed home, and I'd expect the delaership would treat me accordingly. I do not trust this dealership for another vehicle purchase and I have taken my business elsewhere. More
