Hi Brandy, I have a couple issues with what transpired yesterday. First of all, I would like to cancel this loan and put the balance on my Visa card. I feel like I was really railroaded into this financing. The finance guy was the most aggressive sales person I’ve ever dealt with. It was extremely difficult to get him to stop trying to sell me extra protections. I don’t know how many times I said no, and even after calling my son-in-law and him telling me that I didn’t need them, the finance person persisted. This loan is at 4.79% and it has a pre-payment penalty. I would never ever have taken that loan if I had a choice. I told him that I would like to just pay the balance on my credit card, and he said you can’t do that, you’ve already received a discount for financing it with us. There is no discount listed on my papers. You told me that he would get a quote from Suncoast first. He eventually reluctantly told me that Suncoasts rate was 3% and that would be only a few dollars less. It is actually $18.11 less. You also mentioned, before I talked to the finance guy, that I could pay the loan off in 90 days. I asked what would be the advantage of that, is it a lower interest-rate. You said Oh no. I don’t know why you would have mentioned that other than if you knew the loan he was going to put me in. My credit union would never have had a prepayment penalty. Back to the review: In a nutshell, the sales person was at best misleading, more likely manipulative, about the financing options. The extremely aggressive finance guy wore me down with attempts to sell me warranties, and then got up and wrote the contract with this financing without my specifically agreeing to it. He also told me that I couldn’t change to my own financing before I had signed the contract. More

Not a Great Experience Let me start off by saying this dealership is the exact reason why people hate buying new cars. This dealership doesn’t care about you and your needs, Let me start off by saying this dealership is the exact reason why people hate buying new cars. This dealership doesn’t care about you and your needs, they just care about the sale. Im a Maus Nissan customer and I went to Fuccillo ONLY because they had a car there I wanted that looked online to be a good deal. I should have definitely stuck to being loyal to Maus and not have went here. Let me give you my whole experience. I have a 2018 Nissan Altima that I bought brand new in 2019 at Maus. I now wanted a Maxima to add to the collection and I went to Fuccillo because they had a 2017 for a good deal. Online there was an internet price which is how I inquired about the car. The online rep called me and scheduled an appointment to come in on a Saturday and look at the car. I got to the dealership and my sales person met me right upon arrival. **Note** my sales person was good, no issues with him, it was everyone else in that dealership after they “got you” that was horrible. My sales person showed me the car I want, everything looked good, so we proceeded with the purchase. My sales person came back with the “quote” of everything and off the bat, I questioned why the price of the car on paper was $2,000 more than the internet price. Oh well I was told that was because $1,000 of that was if you had a valuable trade in and the other $1,000 would come off if you financed with NMAC. That right there made me mad. So I said “oh you guys use that tactic to get people in here I take it”. Pretty much. Okay so whatever move on, once my application was ran, my sales guy then came back and said well we need a down payment. (now I know this varies for people with different credit history, im complaining about the way it was handled) I told my sales person, well I really don’t want to put anything down if I don’t have to. He then said okay let me see what I can do. Well my sales person disappeared and over comes this “kid” that looks to be 19-20 straight from his daddy’s yacht club (im not sure of his name, I tried to look him on the dealerships page but I cant find him). He tries to convince me to put down a down payment and while hes talking to me, hes constantly looking at other people and focusing on other conversations rather than giving me 100% of his attention. Purely disrespectful and rude. I then told him, look, I don’t “need” a car, I have a brand new car this is just a want and ill come back during tax time if I need to put down a down payment. He then says okay ill be right back. As im waiting, ANOTHER guy comes over and tries to convince me of the down payment again! I then said to this guy the same thing I told the other guy, I don’t “need” a car, I can come back in a few months and purchase something then if I have to put down a down payment. He then said, “okay no problem” your sales person will be right back. The sales person then comes back and says okay what about this amount for the down payment, it’s the lowest we can go. I then told him, let me think about it over lunch and ill get back to you. He then said, well I can get you lunch here, we have a food truck out front, I then proceeded to tell him I would like to be alone to think this over, I have to call my husband to make sure this is all good before I commit. They held my keys pretty much hostage and when I asked for them back, they kept trying to convince me to stay and not leave (im guessing because they knew I wasn’t going to come back). FYI- they had my keys because I was possibly going to trade in my Altima but decided to keep it . Soo after being stuck there and having a conversation with my husband, I told my sales person FINE! Ill do that down payment but nothing more! OK so the sales person got everything typed up and now time to move on to finance. Finance was fine, ill praise Ricky – he was good fast and didn’t mess around. Got things done and not much complaint here. The only thing I didn’t like was that Fuccillo didn’t offer any perks. Maus Nissan offers Maus Care on all cars which covers lifetime oil changes / tire rotations and a bunch of other stuff, Fuccillo only offers 2 free oil changes a year (well when I drive 500 miles a week, 2 oil changes a year isn’t worth the drive from spring hill to Clearwater). ALSO, another thing that’s cheap xxx with Fuccillo is that when I got the car, because it was “preowned” they only gave me a half tank of gas! Are you serious! You couldn’t even give me a full tank? Annoying. Now flash forward, I had a plate on file to use for this car, well a month goes by and I realize by temp plate is expired. I called the dealership to see if my plate has arrived and they said “Oh yea its been here for a couple weeks”. UMM and no one tried to call me? I then asked if they could mail it to me because again, im up in spring hill and they told me NO, I had to come pick it up. So now im annoyed that NO ONE called me that my plate was in and it took my plate to be expired and me calling in to find out that its been sitting there for weeks and now I have to drive over an hour to come get it. I get to the dealership to get the plate and theres the “kid that look like he just came from daddy’s yacht club” standing by the desk doing of course nothing. The lady hands me my plate and do you think ANYONE asked to help put my plate on for me? HAHAH nope. Walking in there felt like, well we sold you your car so now we are done with you. Now flash forward another month and I get a bill in the mail from Fuccillo Nissan for extra dealer tag fees. I call when I open the bill because I had a plate on file to use and we even checked that before processing everything. Well this gem of a lady answered that department and I explained to her I got a bill in the mail and I need to know what its for because its almost $300.00. She got an attitude with me and said “ well what does the paper say?” I said, all it says Is additional tag fees. She then said well then that’s what its for. I then said, I know what it says but I need to know why because I had a plate on file. She then put me on hold for a couple minutes, comes back and asks for my info, then puts me back on hold. She then comes back on the line and says again, its for additional tag fees, I said I know what that means but why would I have extra fees when I had a plate on file, she then put me on hold again and then came back after a couple minutes saying the same thing but with more of an attitude! I then said “can I please speak to your manager because you seem to not know what this is for because you keep putting me on hold so can I talk to someone that does know whats going on? She then got nasty with me, put me on hold and then hung up on me!! I lost it! That was it for me! I cant speak for the other Fuccillo dealerships but this Nissan of Clearwater is horrible! How they treat customers and the lack of care really rubbed me the wrong way. I understand some people have different experiences but after dealing with another dealership who treats you 100% different than this one, I really learned what good customer service was and this dealership does not have that. I understand the run around of the dealership world and expected that, but the way customer service was handled here, was far from acceptable. More

No games. They helped me turn my lease into a purchase and now I own my car. This was the best and most affordable option for me. They were very quick and I wasn't there to long changing all the paperwork. Everyone was very cautious about self distancing and they were wearing masks. All the staff was very courteous.
