I was completely bamboozled. told I would get a bill for over mileage around 450$ which you guys gave me a check for. and that all other fees or costs when they returned the leas told I would get a bill for over mileage around 450$ which you guys gave me a check for. and that all other fees or costs when they returned the lease would be covered by them. I now recieved a bill for 8k! nissan is saying there was a return fee, 4k in overmileage and 2k in excess wear & tear. this needs to be resolved. More

My experience has been absolutely horrible. I paid cash for my vehicle and four days later I still have not heard from them to finalize paperwork. Had a 2017 Dodge Challenger that was in an accident and was "totalled" by insurance. Wanted another Challenger and was looking for something more specific and found it at Nissan of Clearwater. Worked with Branden and I live in MN and had never purchased a vehicle from out of state before. Branden and Finance Manager Miguel got me the paperwork and helped get everything approved, signed and in order. Even getting the vehicle the day after Hurricane Helene went through and it still went off without a hitch. They even sent a shuttle to pick me up at the airport. With roads and bridges closed that was no small thing, so thank you Terri for picking me up.
