I have bought 2019 Volkswagen Jetta that was supposed to be sold for $15k but after electronically signed all paperwork and received by email I have found that the price was added as $19k and after went and be sold for $15k but after electronically signed all paperwork and received by email I have found that the price was added as $19k and after went and showed them they refused to refund the extra charge plus the car has two fault error codes showing after driving it for 5 miles and this my first time buying a defective car from a dealer and pay $5k extra fees. I have bout cars from Volkswagen Brandon and Dodge Clearwater and Toyota Clearwater but their fees ranges $700 to $1200 and never paid $5000 for dealer fees. I was told that $2500 is mandatory dealer package but they couldn’t explain the other $2500 and said this a price change. I am very disappointed for losing $5000 and getting a broken car and from a dealer. More

While GR was good to work with, there have been so many problems since then. I'll write a more thorough review once done helping some people get through hurricane problems.
