One time in particular we were getting two vehicles serviced for our appointments time. My infant son became ill and we were in the middle of our appointment time. The team quickly jumped to what my wife needed and that was to get him home. They went out of their way to loan us a courtesy vehicle at no cost. And the reason for my review now is for the great service Christopher Boan started working with me in January and ensured that he kept in touch and sent me information for 4 months to make a 3 vehicle transition into 2 vehicles for our growing family. He was straight forward, showed me multiple vehicle types and colors. Very detailed in everything I needed for my family. Jac Manager sat down with me also to ensure my family and I were taken care of during our visit there. Great people, great place. I highly recommend. More

Unfortunately the salesman (who shall remain nameless) promised me that everything that needed to be fixed on the car I was interested in but delivered NOTHING. In fact he promised me that he'd mail back promised me that everything that needed to be fixed on the car I was interested in but delivered NOTHING. In fact he promised me that he'd mail back my personal CD that I put into the unit and the radio didn't play so neither did the CD player. He promised to mail it back over a month ago. Another broken promise. I should have realized that almost all of his so-called promises turned out to not be true at all. So no, I didn't buy the car and NO I didn't get back my xxxxxxx CD either. Here's a quote that my Father used to tell me: 'The only thing a person can give away and still keep is their WORD'. Sad to think that people can LIE right to your face. More
