Our experience was the best new car buying experience we have had. Matthew was stellar. He addressed all needs, answered questions we didn't even know to ask, but are very glad he did. He was honest, forthright, and genuinely cared about us. I can't speak highly enough about him. The only time I felt a twinge of defensiveness was in the extended warranty portion. They must need to complete their pitch under penalty of termination because no was not heard and my plea to move on was ignored. However, Mathew had no part in this. I will not deduct a star in the rating because every other aspect was stellar and "this too shall pass". He will eventually stop talking. No, the extended warranty was not worth 35% of the car's value. More
